YESTERDAY, I WAS TO RECEIVE A DELIVERY T MY HOME. THE DELIVERY PERSON LEFT A NOTE SAYING WE WERE NOT HOME, AND DID NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE. LIED!!!!! We were home! Did not come to front door. LAZY!!!! SUPPOSED TO DELIVER TODAY. WE WILL SEE???! NEVER HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH USPS OR UPS...

Had my work phone that was supposed to be delivered yesterday and required signature. It was loaded onto a delivery vehicle at 945 AM. We kept someone at the house all day waiting. They notified us at 7PM that it wasn't coming after wasting an entire day. I lost a day of work because of these incompetent jerks. I need my device for 2FA.
I cannot thank Joe enough for going above and beyond to help me get my package!!! After my phone went overboard whale watching, my new phone was delayed to the last day of my trip. Joe pulled out all the stops to help make sure I got my (already out for delivery!) package! Driver Jerry pitched in and met up with me so I could still make my flight on time. Kudos, kudos, to these excellent people and associates!
