This location is not easy to find. It's in a really small space. The parking is not great.
Great customer service! I didn’t have to wait and India, the rep behind the counter, was super kind and happy.
Very unhelpful and unprofessional interaction. The staff representative was talking in a way as if they were offering a favor merely by just interacting with us. Was not at the front desk when we walked in either. On top of that, the FedEx system (on the computer) suggested an unreasonable amount of $1200 for our medium sized package full of clothes to be shipped to Asia. Not a heavy or particularly large package. Absolutely disappointed with the service, will not come back again for anything.
