I've called half a dozen times about the same driver who keeps leaving packages at my garage door instead of the front door. Big, small, doesn't matter. I've almost run over multiple packages because they are too small to see when pulling out my garage and I have no idea he's been there. Or I have to stop, get out out of my car and carry boxes inside before I can pull inside. Every time I call they say it's against their policy to do that but he always goes back to it.
The contracted, delivery drivers are the worst! Last package was "out for delivery" for 4 days. I had to complain to a supervisor to get it delivered. Today, I found my package at a neighbors house.
Really tired of these guys. Bad Service, Late, No Notices, Stolen Packages. Auto Service is TERRIBLE
