If I could give a zero I would. I got a package delivered to this center November 24th. It was put on a truck November 28th to be shipped to my house. An employee named Jeff pulled it off of Matt's truck, scanned it over the counter to an R. Bragg who isn't known to me. I was given a phone number by a Floyd to a person by the name of Fred and I called the number because it was supposed to be a manager but the person who answered the phone was not only not.
