Fedex is the worst shipping company in the US. Their carriers don't deliver to the correct address, and when they do, the package is often damaged. Complaints directed to Fedex go without any kind of QC/QA, bc they're a multi-billion dollar company & 'to hell with the customers'. Replacement product is often also delivered in the same manner. Not sure why... but my package that was supposed to be delivered "to my house" was left within 1 foot of the road. It was in my drive on a day it had been raining. We were not home and didn't come home until late. It was in a place that is usually a puddle. So we Ran.It.Over. Why was it not delivered to my actual house which has plenty of room for the delivery truck to pull into and turn around. Luckily, this particular package was not breakable. But that isn't the point. I live in an upstairs apartment. Instead of walking upstairs and placing my package at the door, the delivery driver threw it up the stairs, with the package not even landing anywhere close to my unit. I watched him do it, but he was out the door and gone before I could say anything. Lazy and unprofessional, do not recommend.

They were very helpful, plus the driver waited for my packages to be ready. I received my packages at home on Monday.
