They are useless,hopeless and have terrible logistics. UPS is a far better choice.
The young lady behind the counter wasn't very helpful. First she told us that they would not do packaging based on the information on the company labels we provided. After further discussion we provided an account number which she then decided would suffice for them handling the packaging. She then recommended we put everything in 2 boxes rather than 5. This company is messed up their phone system it’s stupid!! I just want to ask the local FedEx office if they can help me unload a package. The phone system is useless. What ever happened to customer service???? I can’t even talk to someone. I hate FedEx!!!
