Excellent customer service! They reached out to me more than once to confirm delivery instructions concerning two different very important vacation holds.
We have asked the various drivers repeatedly for our packages to be placed in our breezeway. If they don't want to put the packages in our breezeway, I have a covered porch! UPS and the post office always leave our packages in our breezeway. Very frustrated!
