No way to call and determine if they have the materials needed.
Very incompetent. I have had deliveries delivered to neighbors while the neighbors deliveries were delivered to me. I have now had a package that is lost. It says it's delivered and the picture they are supposed to take of it is of nothing so I have no idea where the package could even be. This seems to happen a lot and if I have a choice I will not use FedEx
