Absolutely awful. Can't get through to anyone no matter how hard you try. Save yourself the trouble & use UPS instead.
One of the worst companies you can imagine to deliver your products, they pretend they have your product and don't take it making you wait a week per product you paid for in delivery 1 to 2 working days
Received excellent customer service! Received a phone call because My Tracking # Was Duplicated & it showed in their system that my package was not received so I got a phone call to confirm that I did in fact receive my package. Also my delivery driver kevin is such a Nice Guy! Thank you!
