Wrong address!! You left somebody else's parcel named Judith over here!!
Said we were gonna get our internet on Monday, then it was moved to thursday. Then your website says it was moved to friday. Now you have the wrong address and it's being shipped back? And when i call to talk to customer support, it's not even a real person. You don't open until 1 IN THE AFTERNOON, the same time my shift starts. So now i wont have internet this weekend either. What a lovely company you got here. Anyway- 1 star to go with the dozens of others. literal morons.
Fedex dropped off another person's package that had the same first name, but a different address number. My housing numbers are very large! I dropped it off kitty corner where a tenant was recently evicted. Update: package seemingly disappeared the next day or 2.
