Staff is friendly and they provide great service.
Three times this Halloween this delivery service delivered my packages to the wrong address, stating delivered to my town but not specifying my home address. Two of the three were not found and we were out several hundred dollars as they declared the packages delivered. This delivery service perhaps one driver not sure is horrendous.
I went this Fedex after trying to call Customer service, couldn't get any answers to where my package was . I was greeted by a woman named Michelle, went above and beyond. She spoke to the courier who Misdelivered my package and said he would get it and redeliver it in an hour. I was quite upset when I got there ready for an argument but Michelle calmed me down with her great assurance that she will help me and she did.
