Had 2 packages on the same truck with a driver named Matthew. He delivered one package and then took the other package back to the terminal. Fed ex is the absolute worse delivery service. Not my first issue with them by any means. Pay for 2 day shipping and it takes a week. I’m starting to think the USPS is more reliable
“DELIVERY NOT ATTEMPTED” get used to seeing that from Parkersburg FEDEX. From basic ground shipments all the way up to Priority Overnight. There was a reason my life saving meds were shipped priority overnight. Have fun eating $100,000 for it since that’s what they charge my insurance!
They have had my package for 5 days. Each day it says out for delivery but then gets returned to shipping for next day. I've tried calling but I cant get a person on the line. I would go get it myself if there was a way to set that up. I will be avoiding using their services at any cost in the future
Fedex has 'attempted a delivery' of a package that I ordered twice now, and both times they say that no one was available. IT MIGHT HELP IF THEY GO TO THE RIGHT HOUSE! I've been home all day both times, and nobody has ever showed up. I don't know where they've been going, but clearly it isn't what my delivery address is.
