There isn’t much I can say here that other people haven’t. Lucky for them 1 star is as low as it gets.
This isn’t the first experience like this. Had a package shipped a week ago. All week long tracking said arrive Friday morning. Friday morning, like magic, it changed to end of business Friday. I knew it wasn’t coming yesterday. This morning tracking said today between 11 and 1. About 10 they gave me a link to show my package on a map. Sure enough it was close, but by 1:30, and I checked tracking, lo and behold, the mapping option had vanished and it now say by end of day. They had my live animal package. That is the only positive. However, the older lady with the nose ring (I don't care that she had a nose ring. It's just the only descriptor I have because I don't remember her name), was pretty rude. She acted annoyed that she had to bring me my package. She also was pretty rough with my LIVE ANIMAL and had the box with indicator arrows UPSIDE DOWN.
They can NEVER FIND MY HOUSE. This address had been here for 20 years, no one else has any problems!!
