Constant delays and refusals to deliver. Drivers just toss packages and leave. Then when they break something they take a barely visible picture that's blurry to cover their tracks. Fedex is the bottom of the barrel bad and parkersburg is the worst.
Customer Service sucks so bad, I drove all the way across town just to have to turn around and go all the way to the UPS shipping store even further away.
Fed ex driver that delivers to Success road in Reedsville Ohio are incompetent and LAZY. They don’t care about their customers. My driver continues to leave our packages by the road where anyone can take them. I’ve even spoke to the manager over them and he said he will take care of it and it’s happened 4 times since then. I actually try not to order anything from any company the uses fed-ex.
