Professional and quick service at their strip mall location in downtown Kenai. A floor level scale for weighing heaver items would be nice. I was told it would arrive in about a week and a half to Prescott, AZ, and it arrived in ten days. Nailed it. Would have given FedEx five stars if their tracking system did a more complete job to allay customer's worries.
The staff is wonderful. Marcus is always helpful and great at his job.
I will never ship anything with fedx again their customer service is horrible. They won't answer any of my questions I ask to talk to a manager and they said no I couldn't. I ask for a corporate number and they said no.
Garbage. Paid for 1 day shipping and the fish box got lost. For someone who lives 8 hours away. Terrible service
You no longer talk to a person unless you have a tracking number. I want my questions answered by a person. It is a waist of time going thru AI only to be told you can't talk to anyone Now I havebto actually go to the fed ex shipping location to talk to a person. I will avoid fed ex as much as possible
