I get a text telling me that my package was undeliverable because it needs a signature. I have been here all day. I have not left my house. I have dogs they would bark if anybody came to my door. There was no door tag left on my door so when I call FedEx, they won’t let me speak to anybody because I don’t have a door tag number and I don’t have a tracking number. All I have is a text message telling me they’re gonna send my package back on the 20th. What the hell is going on how come I can’t speak to somebody
Today was a rough day as I had to pick up my daughter's ashes, but first I had to stop by FedEx because I forgot to put the contents of my labs in a box. CODY was at the front desk, patient with loads of fish boxes, he gladly helped me resolve my dilemma. Thank you for showing me grace CODY and helping me sort out my shipping problem.

Very upsetting “service”. Conflict tracking status (virtual assistant, text/email updates and customer service (when you finally get through to a person who speaks pre written responses that are not pertinent to the issue). I paid for the most expensive overnight service to send a package critical to get to San Diego by 9:30 the next day (and it sat all day in Alaska and then was sent to Memphis TN arriving at 1am.
