This location is great. Perfect customer service. BUT when a package leaves this location FEDEX COMPLETELY DROPS THE BALL. Second time in 1 1/2 months. Package gets lost in Englewood, CO. Someone needs to get off their lazy behind and see what's going on at the Englewood, CO. Facility!!!!
