Cor’davon Jackson and this location consistently lie and avoid doing their jobs. This location and company employ people who have no regard for what they are delivering. They are never on time, and if a package requires a signature, forget it. They won’t knock, ring the doorbell, or acknowledge the obvious signs that someone is home. They are useless and genuinely damaging to the company’s reputation. Awesome as always. The associate is always friendly and helpful and asked if I wanted a receipt to track my dropped off package.

These delivery drivers at FedEx had my package for six days. It was supposed to be overnight, and I still haven't received it. I've spoken to four different people, and it's still not resolved. UPS is the best. The driver said the address didn't exist and never came. They didn't call to tell me anything; I had to call them. I don't recommend them.
