Horrible customer service. If you need your package delivered with special delivery instructions- it DOES NOT happen. They say they can call the New Bern NC center but won't allow the customer to call to make sure their package is there! Their own supervisors don't know what their own website tells you they can do. They say to get "special delivery" on a package, you'll have to pay extra for it to be delivered at a certain time. BUT their website tells you it's FREE !?! Quick and professional service. The office is very clean. I would ship something here to pickup again. It was also cool seeing the planes out back.
Worst place in my whole entire life, I ordered something and FedEx is supposed to ship it. I never received my order. I’m trying to talk to customer service nobody’s answering. All they keep giving me is the same robot over and over and over again and then when I call they laugh and ignore me. I’m getting the police involved soon.
I have waiting at home for 4 days waiting on my package to arrive. each day I get a notice saying no one was home with a sticker on my screen door. No knock, no ringing the doorbell nothing!!! how hard is it to ring the doorbell or to knock.
