Helpful staff
They’ve had a package of an item I ordered for my daughter since July 31st. They never come out to deliver, travel history shows it only ever being in New Bern. But then the next day it says they tried to deliver. No ticket, no knock, no door bell. My daughter has been home each time. After calling we were told it would get delivered on the 5th. It hasn’t moved. Basically they figured out a way to steal what I sent. And you can never call them directly. Fed ex as a whole sucks.
