This facility has the absolute worst service I've ever seen. On May 5, 2025, their driver delivered a Tascam 32-2 reel to reel tape deck. That deck weighs 45 lbs. Instead of putting the box on a handtruck (dolly) this clown puts it on his shoulder, and when he gets to my door, he throws it onto the floor in front of my door. For some unknown reason, workers from this facility have a strong aversion to using dollys. Mailed an envelope in Valdosta GA on the 15th, tracked to Waycross GA on the 16th where it has been sitting. Today is the 30th. Poor, poor, poor.
Delivery has been postponed 3 days in a row. And at this point I might as well drive there to retrieve my package my self. Tired calling but phone rings and nobody answers.
Holding package for days. Every time it goes to that location you know it will be late. They need new management. Ghetto trash don’t care about other people. Or their packages
We live in Franklin. We will be requesting all companies/individuals with which we trade to avoid shipping FedEx - if that is their only option, we will look elsewhere for those goods. Yesterday was the fifth time valuable packages have been left on top of our locking mailbox a mile from our home, on a public street. We have repeatedly notified Bryson City of this problem.
