Expected a package today. Saw the delivery truck park right behind my own car in the driveway, and in the 30 seconds it took me to put on some shoes to step outside, they drove off without bothering to deliver my package, I can only assume because it was raining and they didn't feel like getting out of the truck and moving the 5 feet to my porch, because they sure as hell didn't make any attempt to knock on my door or do anything else.

More times than acceptable they have either lost my delivery or delivered late. Meanwhile, my notifications state my delivery is out... They just don't deliver it on time. They have cost me hundreds of dollars. It's impossible to speak to anyone at the facility. It's atrocious

Should be zero stars. They throw packages in my driveway, sitting in the rain, and my driveway is not my address. My address is at the front porch only 20 yds. away. And when by chance they do put on porch, they throw it from the yard onto the porch. Too lazy to go up 3 steps. One package was lamps. clearly marked fragile. If I did my job the way these drivers do theirs I would have been fired a long time ago, which is what these people need. Unbelievable the laziness and lack of caring from fedex.

Unfortunately they hire delivery drivers who don't understand the English language proficiently. Packages are always delivered to the wrong house number. Only a FedEx problem, UPS and USPS are perfect.
