on line tracking said package out for delivery on 11/18/2021. Did not receive. Checked again on 11/19/2021. Said package was on truck out for delivery. Did not receive. Never have this problem with UPS. will ask that an item I order to be shipped UPS in the future.
Had a FedEx Express package scheduled for delivery on Monday. Monday afternoon the status updated and said they couldn't deliver because nobody was home. Absolute lie. Home all day with the front door open. Camera at gate recording, they never even pulled in the driveway. The website said they would attempt delivery the next day. Lied again.
