I had the pleasure of working with Breanna! Was more of an experience than a simple service. I’ve been helped by her twice now, both times she was outstanding!! Went above and beyond and we even had some good talks. Very much so a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service when it seems like a lost art nowadays. Thank you Breanna!!

I want to specifically compliment Jay, one of the employees at this location, for going above and beyond in helping to find my package. It seemed to be lost and the 1-800 number was no help. I called this local center and Jay offered to call the local hub to locate it. The package had sensitive material and was supposed to be a 2-day delivery, so I had a lot of anxiety after waiting 6 days. If i could give 0 stars and still leave a review i would. Fedex is quite possibly the worst shipping conpany on the face of the planet. Constantly losing packages, takes no responsibilty for their incompetent drivers or packers doing so, and makes you do quantum physics just to dispute your order. Which they refuse to fix anyway. Ive had 3 orders mysteriously go missing in their possesion and they have no idea what happened to them and openly refuse to fix this issue. What is the point of a ship center when they have restrictions on what this ship center can so we have to travel to Colorado Springs for full service? I call asking about if they hold live animals and the person I speak to straight up tells me to have them shipped to my house even after I tell him they I’ve had animals arrive 💀 because they were kept in the cold or heat on the truck all day due to me living in Rye. We were in a super tight crunch. Every other place in town couldn't help us out. But Breanna said no problem. She made the miracle happen. Now every time we have printing or copy job we ask for Breanna. God bless.
