I hardly ever leave Google reviews because it’s rare to come across customer service this exceptional. Candice at this FedEx location went completely above and beyond to help me ship a package, and she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Okay, I called the location on Elizabeth after I accidentally my took my UPS package there. I used the kiosk and was given a receipt. I didn’t think twice. I’ve used the kiosk before because some staff act inconvenienced if you try to take it to the counter. I’ve been trained. I go home and discover the mistake because I’m preparing another package. I had the pleasure of working with Breanna! Was more of an experience than a simple service. I’ve been helped by her twice now, both times she was outstanding!! Went above and beyond and we even had some good talks. Very much so a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service when it seems like a lost art nowadays. Thank you Breanna!!

TLDR :The representative Candice is absolutely amazing!! Today I went to send a package. While filling out the info I made a mistake on the destination and I missed catching the mistake when reviewing the info before finalizing the shipment. I didn't catch the mistake until I had the receipt. This was totally 100% my fault. Candice spent nearly an hour helping me figure out how to fix the problem and stayed way beyond her shift to make sure I was taken care of. This level of customer service is so rare. Only been in 2 times new to area both times very busy and 2nd time had 2 large boxes so went in to ask for cart was told no carts so had to carry them in. Lady was busy and a lot short with me. Put boxes on floor and left already had label affixed. They need more help in there maybe so that way they might be a little more friendly or helpful.
