Okay, I called the location on Elizabeth after I accidentally my took my UPS package there. I used the kiosk and was given a receipt. I didn’t think twice. I’ve used the kiosk before because some staff act inconvenienced if you try to take it to the counter. I’ve been trained. I go home and discover the mistake because I’m preparing another package. TLDR :The representative Candice is absolutely amazing!! Today I went to send a package. While filling out the info I made a mistake on the destination and I missed catching the mistake when reviewing the info before finalizing the shipment. I didn't catch the mistake until I had the receipt. This was totally 100% my fault. Candice spent nearly an hour helping me figure out how to fix the problem and stayed way beyond her shift to make sure I was taken care of. This level of customer service is so rare. Only been in 2 times new to area both times very busy and 2nd time had 2 large boxes so went in to ask for cart was told no carts so had to carry them in. Lady was busy and a lot short with me. Put boxes on floor and left already had label affixed. They need more help in there maybe so that way they might be a little more friendly or helpful.

The absolute worst shipping company ever made. I placed a chewy order for my dog my package went from Henderson colorado all the way to Florida and back to me and it took 4 days for them to update me that it was in Florida and than on the app you only allowed to speak to ai virtual assistant and when you call they dont give you no better update than the app. Recently I ordered a phone and it was being delivered thru FedEx today It left the FedEx place at 7:45 I was waiting by the door since 8am-8pm watched a FedEx truck ride... read more
