I went to UPS to send my mother a package as it was near another errand I was running. They wanted to charge me over $400 to send a box of gifts that weighed about 6lbs. This wasn’t overnight, but for several days later. Noped out of there and tried my luck here at FedEx. They not only charged a reasonable amount, they were very kind and packaged it for me. They got it to her the same day UPS would’ve at a fraction of the cost. 10/10 would recommend!

They lost my chemo meds. I need them by Monday and will now loose my authorization to take them. There’s no one to call. I went by and the young woman wont help They lost my chemo meds between Denver and pueblo and no one will help. I am speechless.

I always appreciate getting to work with Candice. She's personable, helpful, and always courteous. I hope FedEx realizes what a one of a kind employee she is and that they are lucky to have her.

SO, for the second day I am trying to get FedEx to pick up a package they left at my address which is nowhere close to where the package was supposed to be delivered. First I spent half an hour trying to get a person, going through their rat maze joke of a phone system. There IS no phone number that does not send you to Asia for "customer service." This alone is maddening and their phone system robot only understands very specific words. Got to Asia, finally communicated that the package needed to be picked up yesterday... read more

The cashier was obviously new and pretty confused about what was going on. The manager was there cuz he had to go run and get him in the back somewhere. But my problem did get solved eventually
