I had a very bad experience with FedEx. My package (about $155 CAD) was marked as delivered with a photo, but nothing was on my porch when we checked. We also received no knock, no bell ring, no text, no email, and no delivery notification, so we didn’t even know a delivery happened. Not one person here knows what they are doing , I had an over night shipment which 4 days later still has not been released. You call in one person says one thing another person says another thing. No one actually know what they are doing here. Useless paying 2500$ to this company for an extremely important shipment which is now 4 days late !! Where did my money go for this ??? 4 days and they still can’t release the shipment !!!
