I used to have the problem where my packages weren't placed where they were supposed to be as the driver wasn't following the clear & easy directions. I didn't want it right at the end of the driveway by the garage. I live on a busy road & anyone could just stop & steal it. After leaving multiple 1 star reviews thru email about the driver, my packages were finally delivered to my porch. Package was not left, package did not need a signature. I called to ask why and was told there might not of been a safe place for it to be delivered. I guess on the porch by the door was ok a couple of days ago but today it was not. I asked if it could be delivered again the same day and was told No, I also could not pick it up the same day. I created a ticket to find out why the package wasn’t delivered and it was closed 5 mins later with no explanation.
