TIME FOR CLASS ACTION OR SOMETHING. Stop destroying peoples items or stealing them. 3 items delivered seperate one arrived fine. The second piece came through here and was destroyed and the third piece is who knows where. Past experiences have been the same. Reviews only go so far, i say people band against this location.
Package came here from AZ To this exact location, there was no need for my package to stay as long and I live like 30min away, and I still didn’t get my stuff.. just shut this down…
I am currently waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 12/19 and I had something else that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and it took them 10 days to deliver it. This place is absolutely horrible!!!!
Needs new management. It's been saying delivery in route for past 5 days! What is going on here? I know there were layoffs, but this is why Amazon is ruling supreme. Best Buy is good to go! Fedex has the worst customer service.
