Package was not left, package did not need a signature. I called to ask why and was told there might not of been a safe place for it to be delivered. I guess on the porch by the door was ok a couple of days ago but today it was not. I asked if it could be delivered again the same day and was told No, I also could not pick it up the same day. I created a ticket to find out why the package wasn’t delivered and it was closed 5 mins later with no explanation.
Fed x has become the least dependable delivery service EVER
You guys missed my 2 packages. Both of them showing delivered and none of them is received. Clearly the photo is showing that it was delivered to a wrong house. No resolution.
Late package. Over a week with no updates ,not even an estimated delivery date, absolute joke of a facility. Just shut down already and send the packages to a competent facility.
Sick and tired of my packages being delayed 3+ days without fail when they are “out for delivery” on a truck from this location!
