Just when I thought no company could be worse than UPS FedEx takes the cake first of all it takes forever to get a hold of someone I mean they make it nearly impossible so I did a call back and then when they did call back, I said hello four times and then it just took me right to a survey. I didn’t even get to talk to a representative they were supposed to pick up a package at my house for today and here it is almost 8:00 PM and they still haven’t picked it up. I thought UPS was bad.
