Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I had there. I ship out of this location each year during this week of December. I was the only person in there on this trip. The gentleman (Tim since 2017) was beyond condescending and unhelpful. I will be using UPS from here on out and making a longer drive to Baytowne plaza, which will be worth it!
