One person in front of me. Took 20 minutes for a 50 second return. One worker at the counter. 2 others doing various duties. No acknowledgement or regard for the many customers in line. No surprise to me anymore. It's just the service you get today. No management and leadership to teach customer satisfaction. No job expectations. Just show up, do a task and get a paycheck.
Did not wait long, they were knowledgeable and helpful.
