They refuse to take my package because according to the supervisor, “the printer is downstairs and she’s not going down there!”
No one tells you that only Fedex Ground you can drop off. Not Express nor 2 days service. And your dropped package can stay there for ages without being picked up.
Great service
This is NOT a review of FedEx. This Walgreens location has terrible customer service. The staff is unprofessional, mediocre, & below average. You would be doing yourself a disservice in investing your hard earned dollars here. I will be reaching out to Tim Wentworth, the CEO of Walgreens. Canarsie deserves a better experience. It's time action is taken against this mediocrity that has taken over this place.
