Was doing a fedex drop off and received unprofessional customer service from a middle aged woman. She criticized my box “what is this?” , scanned it and put it on the shelf and walked back and looked at me confused. I asked is that it, and she said “what you mean is that it, I took the package right?”. Unprofessional and toxic environment

They refuse to take my package because according to the supervisor, “the printer is downstairs and she’s not going down there!”
No one tells you that only Fedex Ground you can drop off. Not Express nor 2 days service. And your dropped package can stay there for ages without being picked up.
