Went to a Walgreens drop off location. Had the worst Customer Service experience. Was told that they do not accept anything over 50 pounds which is fine but the way this young lady told me was very rude. Went to the pharmacy canceled my perscriptins and told them to send them elsewhere. Absolutely no respect given to me as a customer.
Very helpful, professional, and kind. I needed to fax some very important documents and I received assistance. I was in and out of there within like less than 10 minutes. So grateful
