I have no conflict with paying a premium for luxe service and have accepted the hard truth that even the basics aren't always anymore quarnteed. May be why ppl will go buy Publix vs anyone else basically. This FedEx spot here is simple effective and with a smile dish out a sense of urgency like a Boss.
This is apparently just a mail box that requires a cashier to help you. Stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before someone finally yelled at me that they’d “be right with me”. Guy comes over and asks if I have an envelope. No man that’s why I’m at a fedex store, I have a shipping label. Ok can’t help you. Just use a mailbox instead and save yourself an hour.
