I walked in and asked about FedEx drop, the nice lady smiled and advised that yes, this a drop location. Then she checked to make sure the package was already boxed and labeled and I replied it was, then grabbed the package from the car. She scanned it, asked my phone #, I heard a beep & my phone got the notification. Easy in & out. Great experience!
Where's my package? It was supposed to be here December 14th.
