I am extremely disappointed with FedEx. For over a week I have been dealing with a delivery driver who is refusing to deliver my package and appears to be holding it. A delivery scheduled for June 3 still hasn’t reached me as of June 9. FedEx claims attempts were made on June 5 and June 9, but I work right behind the front door and have a door camera—no one ever came. There’s no photo evidence or door tag because the driver never showed up. I’ve contacted FedEx customer service multiple times, but they just repeat that two attempts were made.
