I'm not sure why it is so hard to go around. The automated system and talk to a live person on the phone. I have tried several temps to talk to a life person and nothing. It's always pushing buttons on your cell phone to get the answer. Rather than talking to an agent for more information.
Employees were very helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and left feeling better than when I went inside.
