Frank at FedEx was so helpful! We needed to track a return package that was lost in the mail, but we lost our receipt. It seemed almost impossible, and we were ready to accept the financial loss, but Frank was willing to try to help and worked diligently to do so. He did not complain, though he could have. He found our receipt, and that saved us $1000! We are so grateful!!!
