Your automated answering service is HORRIBLE!! Never could get through to an actual person after 10 minutes of being asked stupid questions and sent to one after the other automated options. It finally told me to go online and talk to a virtual representative after not being able to find an automated solution for me. Then it disconnected. So aggravating when you need to talk to an actual human being!!!
I had two boxes. One was smaller. I have carried it inside.. then grabbed the other. The big one was around 48 lbs and was a small move box. The lady said they can not accept boxes heavier than 40 lbs. There was no sign indicating that at the door. I didn't have to carry in this hot dry day if there was a sign.
