I went there this morning around 9am. I know the associate in fedex onsite see me coming but she turn her back on me. I press the button for customer service and I heard she grunt and looks not very accomodating. I was asking about my missing package. It was supposed to be in Walgreen location but she just said she didn’t have it , that’s it. She didn’t provide more explanation why my package wasn’t there. I have two package to pick up that day but she only gave me one.
It is so easy and they are so helpful. Lots of stuff to buy here also, worth a stop just to see what they have
