According to Google this location was open (just after 2pm on a Sunday), but there was no one there. There was no indication that they were closed, so I waited for a couple minutes before leaving. Quite frustrating.

Have a whole roll of tape but won't let you use six inches of it to retape your box. You need to buy your own tape.
Very rude young man at the front counter refused to take my package. Kept mumbling something under his breath about space in the store. Had to ask him to repeat 4x. Then he literally walked away to the bavk of the store! SERIOUSLY! I had a 7ft roll apx 20 lbs. I was told by fedx to bring it to THIS LOCATION! Never Again!
Horrible. Email says scan barcode to return NO PRINTING NECESSARY. Go in the store - oh no you have to have the label on the box already, we don't print.
