Very pleasant experience, I believe the employees try to make it easy for the customer. I was pleasantly surprised. (Just like other drop off stores it is meant for smaller packages.)
I’m trying to go to a drop off center to get a tracking number. Not a Dollar General
They refused my packages because they were too large. Always grumpy, there are two Dollar General employees that never have a smile when I ship there. It's a pain in their behind, I guess. Saved by the FedEx driver that I flagged down and he graciously accepted my packages...unlike the employees at the Dollar General. Use this drop point with caution and don't upset the two employees inside.
