They do not print labels they just take your parcel if you have it already packed with the return label on it.
They always seem to be nice when you're there at the store as far as delivery goes that's a different story
Do not call this estabishment customer service sucks needed to talk to A live rep to ask about a copy and never was given an option for that dept called 4times to get answer and never able to talk to them and WAS HUNG UP ON EACH TIME NEVER GO HERE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS NEED TO START HOLDING THESE CORPORATE COMPANIES ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS LET THEM BLEED MONEY FOR THEIR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Professional staff got our packages off ALMOST 100%. They forgot to include the RD# on three that went to a remailer. Still trying to figure out how to fix this issue.
