They have tried to deliver a package twice. Despite having the app and plugging everything in to get notifications I was not notified of my delivery and it is now two days late. With it being a very sensitive seal for me to put my car back together it is very frustrating. Also the robot caller system they have is completely useless. Wouldn’t have used fed ex if I had another choice
They just send the packages here. They don't box anything for you.
