Good experience here today dropping off a FedEx package for my Etsy shop. They scanned my package and I received a text acknowledgement just minutes later. Drop location is at the Photo counter inside the Walgreens. Nice to have both FedEx and UPS drop locations at the same shopping center!

They won’t actually let you drop off anything because they said “that’s not actually what we’re for and we’re overflowing and don’t have enough space” 🤷‍♀️

Tried to use the fedex but I was told the only person who could help me wasn’t working. When I asked if anyone else could help me the lady at the register legit laughed at me. I’ve never been laughed at before. I’m using a different Wallgreens for now on. Unprofessional.

BAD FEDEX DROP. Tried dropping a package 3 times. It always takes forever, then they may or may not be able to complete the transaction. First try, I couldn't get a drop-off receipt nor did I get confirmation email as promised. The last try, after waiting and watching the confusing for 15 minutes, they said the computer wasn't working because it was raining. COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS!
