I went in, was instantly greeted with a smile and hello how may I assist you . I had to print out my label, they gave me the information to do so and then boxed everything up for me! I also had to take a picture of what I was sending, I ran back into the store, they opened the box and allowed me to take my picture before sending it off. Overall from the moment I walked in and walked out it was a breath of fresh air. It was my first time in there but definitely a great experience! Thank you very much . - Conrad Brown
