This is a terrible FedEx on site location. Customer service is 0/5. My package reached there on Friday and then the tracking suddenly stopped. Because the people working at this location did not bother to scan the package and update it’s tracking. The package was just dumped in a pile along with other packages. I went there that evening to inquire that maybe they had my package, they didn’t even look and said they didn’t have it and turned me away.
