This is a terrible FedEx on site location. Customer service is 0/5. My package reached there on Friday and then the tracking suddenly stopped. Because the people working at this location did not bother to scan the package and update it’s tracking. The package was just dumped in a pile along with other packages. I went there that evening to inquire that maybe they had my package, they didn’t even look and said they didn’t have it and turned me away. The carriers never follow delivery manager instructions, constantly losing packages or leaving them in unsafe locations. All other companies typically follow delivery instructions and try to leave packages in a safe place, but never FedEx. It seems like they intentionally leave them in the worst possible places even when there are package lockers. They make it impossible to contact them and it seems that any driver complaints to this location are never addressed.
