This is NOT full service. They can only take tiny packages because they have zero space for packages. Not worth it at all. FedEx is crap. Use Amazon or UPS. Even USPS is better than FedEx nowadays.
Went to drop off some documents. They didn't have any envelopes. Big waste of time.
