It is ridiculous. You cannot get to call directly to the store. Oregon City.You have to go through an 800 number. Which tries to figure out what you want when you just want to ask a simple question to the employee directly, it's ridiculous. On the website, it says they Stone's till 10 PM. The recording that you get says they only stay open till 7 PM, trying to figure out which one is accurate. But the automatic system will not allow you to get through to call the store. Itself.
The FedEx answering machine is a piece of garbage
Great place to send packages from, and the staff are always courteous and helpful.
Always a good experience however the hours currently showing on Google March 2024 are incorrect. Adding a photo with correct hours
