Never had a problem except guy who worked there use to look at me very oddly years ago, they do not let wrap your own package anymore..
Would never recommend someone try to print a document here. It took over 45 minutes to use their Email to Print Self-Service to even receive a code back to even print the document - I left before the email came because I couldn't afford to wait that long! Some other poor guy had been there for over an hour trying to print his document to go out in their last-call 6pm shipment and missed it for something that needed to be overnighted that day.
