First of all in trying to solve my delivery the store manager Jarren hung up on me!! Seriously? I was supposed to have a delivery of refrigerated expensive medicine delivered to me on Friday Oct 3 by noon. At 12:30 I I recieved a text saying that my package had an exception and wouldn’t be delivered u til Monday. This is refrigerated medicine that is supposed to stay cold for 48 hours from pickup in Orlando on Thursday. I called and they said the driver had said it was the wrong address. If I could offer lower than one star I would. I tried to call Fed Ex and got a machine that was 100% worthless and I asked repeatedly (lost count) (many times repeatedly) to speak to a human being, speak to a representative, speak to a person please. Your service is absolute garbage and the simple fact that you think machines are better than a human is absolutely insane. Your machines give the absolute worst service imaginable.
