Employees were so kind and helpful.
I've had nothing but problems with Fed ex. Many complaints about packages being damaged during transit. I've sent once and it was damaged and I've received several deliveries that needed to be replaced or boxes of food being left in the driveway in the middle of the day and I'm in Florida. The front porch was 30ft away and they left perishable items in the sun. I'd choose a different provider for delivering your packages.
