I had a $300 order which required a signature. Only problem was, it wasn't my signature. Driver either kept my package and signed for it or took it to the wrong place and they signed for it. I don't see how that happens considering the numbers on my house are very large.
Wasn’t good at all very poor
My experience with FedEx has been the worst. They constantly leave my packages out of the apartment complex. I called at least three times leaving delivery instructions. I paid so much for delivery and I can’t even get my packages delivered inside of my apartment building. It is as if some of these drivers don’t care about the cost of your items or if it gets stolen. No matter how many times you report an issue nothing gets done. This is terrible customer service. Please to train your people. This is unacceptable.
