The FedEx in Austell, GA is TERRIBLE. It is asinine that they cannot deliver any packages. Several times, tracking goes from can't be delivered (to an apartment with concierge that can receive packages at all times) to being sent back to sender. I called and asked them why this happened, and they lied and said the sender wanted my package back. Why in the world would a company that makes popcorn want their popcorn back? Worse customer service ever!!!
Crap service, how does a package by tracker get put on a truck for delivery for three days, the driver show up and say he don’t have ? How they not know where the package is ? It isn’t that hard a scanner and deliver. My item has been out on delivery from this location for three days now. With the reviews Iam sure it will not be anytime soon that I get it.
