Wait around all day gone just to watch the fedex drive drive past the house. He slowed down but kept going! I immediately called customer service to find out why customer service is a joke and you can’t ever get anyone to actually help you. They don’t listen to what you’re saying! They CONSTANTLY talk over you! This company is a joke!! This location needs to be shut down due to their consistency in failing to deliver packages and consistent poor customer service.

Something fishy going on! I have heard and finally fallen victim to “Austell is where packages go to die” and it’s true.
Crap service, how does a package show by the tracker app get put on a truck for delivery for three days, and then the driver show up and say he don’t have it ? How do they not know where the package is ? It isn’t that hard a scan item put on truck and deliver. My item has been out on delivery from this location for three days now. With the reviews Iam sure it will not be anytime soon that I get it. This place is useless if they can’t do a job they are hired to do. The FedEx in Austell, GA is TERRIBLE. It is asinine that they cannot deliver any packages. Several times, tracking goes from can't be delivered (to an apartment with concierge that can receive packages at all times) to being sent back to sender. I called and asked them why this happened, and they lied and said the sender wanted my package back. Why in the world would a company that makes popcorn want their popcorn back?
