-1 star. I checked tracking on a package and it says it was picked up by a C. Wearver. Which in no way matches my name on the package. I file a claim thinking it's already proven I DID NOT pick it up as that is not my name, and it's denied. At FEDEX they'll give your package to anyone, and when their own system says it wasn't you who picked it up the answer is. Well, we gave it to somebody. That's good enough, right? That's the kind of service they'll give you
