When I entered the store, the customer service representative, Liz, simply looked at me without greeting me. I asked if I could borrow some tape to close my package, but she said she only had Scotch tape and refused to send the box because it was open. She treated me dismissively, as if I were a student, and seemed uninterested in helping. It felt like she was trying to avoid doing her job.
Lady that helped me has been absolutely amazing! Glad to see that customer service is still alive and well and not a dying art.
