I’ve had five misdeliveries from FedEx in the past month, including a high-value Target preorder that was never delivered to my address. I filed a claim with FedEx (Case #C-193407732), submitted photo evidence, and even filed a police report—yet they closed the case with no resolution and told me only the retailer could help. Absolutely useless!!!! Please remove all “Fedex” drop offs in Walgreens across the country!!! I have NEVER gotten anything accomplished at one of these “service centers” COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! N
